Beware Serial Killers Armando Sierra and daugther Ninotchka Sierra are some of the countries deadliest criminals.

In early 1980's to 90's, there were several incidents reported about girls being harassed by a man name Armando Sierra that is now dead based on the early reports in in 1990's. Some of these girls being his and her daughter's victims as his accomplice, got pregnant and now dead with bruises around their bodies...yet the forensic investigators could still have to find out how and why some of those bodies had been murdered and were raped by Armando in connection to his daughter Ninotchka that is now still alive and yet facing some charges but did not go to jail...and why???
Though some of their victims were tortured. Armando was reportedly said by a number of witnesses as the prime suspect behind the said crime incidents around the city of Dumaguete and the entire province of Negros Oriental. He lived in nearby beach known as Piapi in Dumaguete city, here in Philippines. And he was shot dead in the 1990s had passed. His daughter could have live with her husband if not divorced and separated. And some witnesses saw her at the bank, where she had been working with near boulevard of Dumaguete city. But later, she reportedly had transferred into another bank and is possibly one of the hackers in the Province and worldwide. One must Be More Aware of these crimes they did to the people of the cities around them, because they are hunting innocent civilians at times, based from the recent reports in the Philippines.

Some of Armando's said victims were young students the university and from the average income families in the city of Dumaguete city. Many reports said he pretended to have no children to some girls he victimized with and have intimate relationship with when the truth was he had already kids from a woman whom he secretly lived together without getting married and so he had a daughter namely Ninotchka and a son whom we heard as "Rj- Rg" as his nickname. This daughter of Armando Ninotchka were involved also of crimes including the death of her own sister who drowned from the beach with their father Armando. Ninotchka & Armando are the prime suspects of the said murder of her half sister from another woman in relation to Armando. Since the several incidents happened, a number of some girls from different families in the province were scared. The said areas can give us clue where the serial killer had lived and died so his daughter & son could have lived their house near Piapi beach. But since we heard the serial killer's daughter Ninotchka continued her killings and left from their father's house so her mother cannot maybe know about her killings to some people, he met a guy from Bais & got married around in 2008-09 and was involved of other crimess ... including " wiretapping", "multiple identities" sex harrasment, and others, is possible and her husband had hit a man and died in the hospital the following years later can be a clue enough to see the dangerous existence of their family. The serial killer and her daughter was reported having mansions in the city and one of their mansions was located in Agan an, Sibulan, nearby going to the beach area as we can see some photos as clues. Another clue is that this woman Ninotchka often rides a dark tinted car that we can sometimes hardly see her inside and she kept peeping in other guys including the young guys and girls that she will plan to victimize with her dark secrets and bad motives.
